Who we are
Delfen is operated by Jacques Domenie, trading as Delfen (Life Surfing), registered in the Netherlands (KvK 27348456). Contact: domenie@delfen.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, organization, job title, email address, the question you describe and — optionally — how you found Delfen. With your consent (see Analytics below), we also collect aggregate usage data: pages viewed, device type, approximate location and referring channel.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your request and, where relevant, schedule an exploratory conversation. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Email delivery
Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend (Resend Inc., United States), our email delivery provider, acting as our data processor.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure aggregate site traffic. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept the cookie banner — decline, and no data is sent to Google. We never use Analytics for advertising, and never sell or share the data.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing of contact form data is based on your explicit action in submitting the form, in the legitimate interest of responding to your request. Analytics processing is based on your consent via the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, and to object to its processing. Email domenie@delfen.com — we respond within one business day.
Cookies
Essential session cookies may be set by your browser for navigation. Beyond those, the only cookies we use are Google Analytics cookies, placed solely if you accept the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, the date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
